Mullahy, RN, BS, CRRN, CCM (Principal @Mullahy & Associates, LLC) For over four decades, Catherine M. Mullahy has touched the lives of patients and has been a leader in the field of case management. Her clinical and direct case management experience spans all settings from home, hospital and hospice to critical care. Catherine is the author of the Case Manager' Handbook now in its 6th edition. She is a national speaker and educator. Catherine has been active in the Case Management Society of American and served as President of the organization from 2001 to 2002. She was named Case Manager of the Year in 1999 and was the recipient of CMSA's "Lifetime Achievement Award" in 2010. She is currently the Executive Editor of CareManagement. Anne Llewellyn, MS, BHSA, RN-BC, CCM, CRRN (Director, Client Services @Athena Forum Institute) Anne Llewellyn is a registered nurse with over forty years of experience in critical care, risk management, case management, patient advocacy, healthcare publications and training and development. Anne has been a leader in the area of Case Management since 1988. Anne was President of CMSA 2004-5 and received the organization's Lifetime Achievement Award in 2015. Anne is the current President of the South Florida Case Management Network. Anne is currently the Director of Client Services of Athena Forum.
