As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, Kim provides nutrition consultations and educational resources to hundreds of clients, students, and interns. With over 7 years’ experience, Kim is passionate and dedicated to all of her clients and students. She desires to "make nutrition easy" by equipping clients, students, interns, and new dietitians with the skills and knowledge they need to manage their health, course work, and patient load, respectively. Kim is also passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, specifically as it relates to food justice.
