Your yard is your own outdoor haven, but it's also a part of a larger community - the natural ecosystem that exists all around us. It includes your family, wildlife, soil, trees, plants and all sorts of things that interact together. The more you understand this interconnected role that it all has, the better you'll be able to manage your eco-friendly landscape.
We will discuss what you need to do to have your property certified as a butterfly garden and a certified wildlife habitat. This would make a great school or community project.
This class will go over some real actionable things that you can do to make your yard more eco-friendly and act as an introduction to this course series, Transitioning to an Eco-Friendly Landscape.
We will recorded the class, and send the recording out to everyone that registers.
