Erin Lopez
Business Diversity Initiatives Manager @Washington State Department of Enterprise Services
Erin Lopez Nielsen has over 20 years’ experience working with local small minority-, women-, and veteran-owned businesses. She has a long history of collaborating on improving inclusive practices such as small and veteran business preference points in DES procurements, forming the DES Business Diversity Advisory Group, and the business professional services industry pilot with Tabor 100. She started a non-profit organization, provided technical assistance as an employee of the non-profit Community Capital Development, was the director of the Procurement Technical Assistance Center, worked in corporate compliance, and is currently in the Procurement Inclusion and Equity program at Washington State Department of Enterprise Services. Ms. Lopez graduated from the University of Washington with her B.A. in Business Administration and a minor in dance.
