His debut novel Riots I Have Known was published by Simon & Schuster in 2019, and his work has appeared at The New Yorker, The Guardian, GQ, Bookforum, BOMB, Guernica, McSweeney’s, and The Believer. He’s held residencies at Vermont Studio Center, the Millay Colony for the Arts, and the James Merrill House. He lives in Kingston, New York.
