Saint Wall Street Racial Equity Training
This training will share value-driven Program Return On Investment (PROI) strategies to improve effectiveness and reduce losses in three key areas:

o The hiring and promotion of Black staff

- PROI: evidence of on-par increases in salary based on pay averages in the state; increases in number receiving leadership positions and staff promotions; increase in numbers hired; increase in the extent to which those hired and promoted believe hiring and promotion practices are fair

o The treatment of Black customers

- PROI: evidence of increase in customer satisfaction, the worth of which is assessed in accordance with lifetime customer value for the sector

o The environment of the workplace for staff and customers – zero tolerance for discrimination; termination of colonialism in policy and practice; and alleviation of EEO-related risk and liability potential

- PROI: elimination or avoidance of reported offenses and their associated costs; evidence of culturally competent policies and practices, continued growth in reports of fair hiring, promotion, customer service and retention
