EBCE's Updated NEM Policy

In 2023, EBCE will begin offering an annual true-up option to our NEM customers, with the true-up date remaining in April. If you do not make a selection, your NEM account will remain on the monthly true-up option. If you make a choice prior to February 28, 2023, it will be effective starting with the April 2023-2024 NEM cycle.

Note that our webinar and this change is about EBCE true-ups for NEM 1.0 and 2.0 customers, not about NEM 3.0 discussions that are currently in the news. On the December 14th board meeting EBCE discussed NEM 3.0, if you would like to watch that video, go to https://youtu.be/Q0B0BdDjf-w?t=3097
