Fridays for future movie night: climate justice and feminist advocacy
Understanding climate justice through a feminist lens means a number of things: recognizing the differential effects the climate crisis has on those with intersecting identities, pursuing climate advocacy that is both anti-racist and anti-colonial, and acknowledging - and valuing - the enormous amount of environmental and climate work performed by women the world over.

Tune in to this session for a virtual screening of Women, Climate, Change, a documentary following the lives and activism of five women fighting for climate justice across four different continents. Afterwards, join us for a Q&A session with Liz Miller: documentary maker, Concordia University professor, and one of the film's five directors.
