Larry Sullivan, Security Expert on "Cyber Scams Targeting Seniors: How to Avoid Being Scammed"

Larry Sullivan is the Director of Technical and Consulting Services at Net Compliance Solutions (NCS). He joined NCS from Raytheon, where he served as an arms inspector in Ukraine, Russia and several other countries. Prior to his role as arms inspector, he was a member of the logistical operations component of the U. S. Department of Defense, where he was awarded "Contractor of the Year" for designing and implementing a succession of cost saving programs.
