This is a Live 1.5 CE Credit Hours Interactive Webinar.
Saturday, May 22nd 9:30-11:00 am Pacific Time/12:30-2:00 pm Eastern Time
The prevalence of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the USA is on the rise (CDC 1:54, CDC, 2016). Chances are that, if one provides mental health services to families and/or children, they are likely to work with a family that has a child on the spectrum.
The purpose of this webinar is to inform clinicians of the best practices in the identification of ASD, review recent research findings, and help mental health providers gather the knowledge to help families advocate for community and school-based services. Case vignettes will be used throughout the presentation.
For those unable to attend, CE credits (though not live) will be available by viewing the recording and taking the post-test and evaluation.
For psychologists outside of New York State, CE hours are designated as home study. For all other professionals, Live CE certificates will be provided.
To be eligible for Live CE credits, you must be logged in the entire time.
