Social Venture Circle hosts this interactive webinar led by Natasha Goldstein (The Accountkeepers) on how to build a successful virtual company.
In this webinar, you will learn the pros and cons of a 100% remote environment; how to build a strong culture in a remote environment; how to stay connected to each other virtually; how to hire and train in a remote environment; and how to handle the practical matters: remote office, stipends, and other benefits remote companies need to succeed.
