Event registration for Annual Regional Leadership Conference attendance. Please read through the following details before registering.

Online payments can be made on the conference website listed below. If you are a community registering multiple individuals, you will need to register and pay for each attendee separately. If you wish to submit one payment for your group, you must send paper forms and a check to our office at: 8 Denison Parkway E., Suite 310, Corning, NY 14830

Your registration will allow you to join the webinar during any of our sessions. Information for joining the series will be sent once payment has been received.
