The BSGCA (Berkhamsted Sports Ground Charitable Association) and Thakeham have created an alternative proposal to that in the draft Local Plan for a new sports and healthy living-led development in Berkhamsted, a place we’re calling Bulbourne Cross. We want to do something extraordinary - creating a healthy, carbon zero lifestyle for the future. Bulbourne Cross will be a place which gives back to the community, provides homes and sensitively addresses key issues such as carbon zero development, Green Belt and landscaping.
