More about Dr. Ross:
Dr. Ross currently is the senior clinician and director emeritus of the Pain Management Center at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, and an Associate Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology, Harvard Medical School. He has devoted his career to understanding, assessing and treating a wide variety of chronic pain conditions. He has published many articles and several book chapters on pain management and is the editor/author of five books on the subjects of disease state management and the development of chronic pain management centers and neuroaxial therapies. Most recently, he published a book for primary care physicians on chronic pain, a subject of his many national and international lectures. Under Dr. Ross's directorship, the Brigham and Women'sPain Center has become one of the largest and most respected academic pain centers in the country and has received recognition for conducting one the country’s leading fellowship programs in chronic pain.
