The panel will discuss the ‘human centric’ approach to planning and implementing mobility services, and the importance of putting the customer first by understanding different needs and personas.
Guests will explore how this has worked out ‘on the ground’ in the West Midlands through the exciting Live Labs projects, and then look at the vital role of effective policy frameworks in delivering carbon reductions.
The session will finish by looking at how the rail industry has responded to new mobility needs and the ‘new greening’ of the sector.
