Erin Yakiwchuk
ssistant Professor in the College of Pharmacy and Nutrition @University of Saskatchewan
Erin Yakiwchuk is an Assistant Professor in the College of Pharmacy and Nutrition, and the pharmacist with the Geriatric Evaluation and Management Program at Saskatoon City Hospital. She is a board-certified geriatric pharmacist, and her teaching and research interests include optimizing medications in older adults.
Leanza Amaya
4th year nursing student in the College of Nursing @University of Saskatchewan
Leanza Amaya is a 4th year nursing student in the College of Nursing at the University of Saskatchewan, currently completing her community placement with the Saskatoon Council on Aging.
