Susie ‘Sooz’ Jarosch has lived sports and leadership her entire life. She’s spent more than 25 years in collegiate and pro sports. She played basketball at Washington State University and then played professionally in Europe. Following her playing career, Sooz worked in the front office of the Seattle Sonics and Storm.
Sooz founded High Five Sports Agency in 2006 with the sole focus of representing professional athletes, but shifted her vision toward creating opportunities for athletes, coaches, and sports executives to speak about their personal and inspirational stories to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Sooz launched Global Sports and Events with industry colleagues in 2020.
She holds two Master’s degrees, one in Athletic Administration and one in Global Leadership.
