- Clarifying what matters, developing broader success criteria about 'how' you lead, 'how' you turn up as a team member, and 'how' you connect to a broader purpose
- Developing a Constant learning mindset - so that you invest in continuous personal growth, regardless of outcomes along the way
- Prioritisation of human Connections in everything that you, developing networks and deeper relationships that will last for the long-term
