Celebrating the Power of Libraries
Libraries truly are the heart of the community. They help young children find their love of reading and passion for learning; they serve as a meeting place for many community clubs and events; and they provide a safe space for people of all ages to escape into their favorite stories. The entire month of April, we are celebrating libraries and librarians and all that they do for their communities and the world. Come celebrate with us!

Join us April 22 at 3pm ET as we sit down with authors Angela Burke Kunkel (Digging for Words) and Anika Aldamuy Denise (Planting Stories) to talk about their picture book biographies of real-life librarians whose grassroots efforts harness the powers of books and libraries for teaching, learning, exploring stories, and creating connections.

Perfect for librarians and educators, parents and students of all ages.
