The 3 session Hobson Institute breathing clinic Lesson Three: The Nose and Your Nervous System
Learning Objectives:

1. Learn how the nervous system, especially within the cranial nerves, affects your breathing and body.
2. Calming the nervous system exercises with focus points, tongue up to palate position, teeth apart, humming and swallowing.
3. Back of the tongue proprioception exercises with utensils to improve back portion of the tongue to be up on the soft palate, supporting the airway.
4. Challenge your brain with the Lois dance.

Recommended Supplies, course can be completed without:
Book by my mentor, Patrick McKeown: Close your mouth
3M Micropore tape (The most inexpensive way to keep your mouth closed at night)
Somnifix mouth tape with vent (for those that are anxious about taping their mouth at night.)

Nasal Dilators: (See which one works for you)
Breathe right nasal strips
Nasal Aid (wire with blue nasal dilator)
Mute Nasal Dilator

Nasal inhaler, essential oils to keep nasal passages open.
Netistick essential oil inhaler
Olbas inhaler

Nasal Spray: This is the bottle, remember to empty and use sea salt and filtered/bottled/reverse osmosis water. You will need to refill every 3-4 days.

Webinar registration closes 1 hour prior to webinar start time.

Payment must be received by webinar start time. No registrations will be approved after the webinar begins.

Attendee must be present for 90% of webinar running time in order to be eligible for continuing education credit.
