Citizen Science Association Working Group: Citizen Science Month Preparation Webinar

SUMMARY:
The Citizen Science Month Working Group is hosting a webinar on Monday, January 11, at noon ET to prepare the practitioner community for Citizen Science Month in April! Join Caroline Nickerson and Vivienne Byrd, the co-chairs of the Citizen Science Association Working Group. RSVP on Zoom (below) for connection details. ABOUT THE WORKING GROUP:

The purpose of the CitSciMonth working group is to provide resources for Citizen Science Association members and citizen science practitioners to celebrate and promote all things citizen science-related at their organizations. The work of the Citizen Science Month Working Group is done in collaboration with SciStarter and the Citizen Science Association. The working group will meet monthly, support webinars for practitioners to prepare for April, and then celebrate during the actual month (April 2021). We also ask working group members to engage in conversations about accessibility in citizen science and during Citizen Science Month, as well as ways to contribute to evaluation/assessment during the month.
