How to run a good Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) Part II
A webinar run jointly with the JCST. The webinar will discuss the introduction of the Multiple Consultant Report. We will offer advice to trainers and discuss the importance of trainers in this process. The webinar will also demonstrate the utility of the Trainers area on ISCP.

Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this webinar, attendees will:
1. Understand the educational theory underpinning outcomes based curricula, including the concepts of capability and entrustment.
2. Know how this theory has been applied in practice to surgical curricula
3. Understand and be able to use effectively the mandatory workplace based assessments and new Multiple Consultant Report
