Lean Coffee with ICON's SAFe Experts: Optimize your Agile Release Trains
Come learn from the expertise and experience of ICON SAFe Fellow Kathy Marshak and SPCT Matt Aaron!

When you have several ARTs running, your questions and topics of interest might include:

- How to make Inspect & Adapt workshops more effective
- How to redefine ARTs that weren't formed based on value streams
- How to help Shared Services teams

These are just examples—feel free to bring your own topics and questions! You will help guide the content of the Lean Coffee.

How does a Lean Coffee Work?
1. Submit topics you’d like to discuss (we will send you an email reminder so you can submit questions beforehand)
2. At the start of the meeting, everyone votes on their top 3 topics of most interest
3. The most popular topic is discussed for 5 minutes. Then we vote to decide if we should continue the topic for 2 more minutes or move to the next topic.
4. Repeat for the next topic and continue until the end.

This session will be recorded and distributed to all registrants.
