Launching the PIRC 2021 Shareholder Voting Guidelines

2021 will see the 27th edition of the PIRC Shareholder Voting Guidelines published for clients. For 2021 we are introducing Sustainable Development Goals and linking them to voting outcomes. Also more rigorous scrutiny of investment trust management and monitoring for modern slavery issues in the UK.

We are pleased that we will be joined by Tejal Patel, Corporate Governance Director of Change to Win, who will be presenting on CTW’s upcoming shareholder resolutions at US companies on racial equality.

Also joining us from the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation is Michael Hugman, Director of Climate Finance to present on the CIFF’s ‘Say on Climate’ campaign.

The session is expected to run from 2.30pm – 4.00pm on the 4 March 2021
