ACA Connects Webinar | The Truth-in-Billing Requirements: Get Answers to Your Questions on Meeting the December 20 Deadline
As noted in ACA Connects’ April Member Advisory, new truth-in-billing requirements for MVPDs (and, to a lesser extent, broadband providers) take effect on December 20, 2020. With the deadline fast approaching, ACA Connects members should be taking the necessary steps now to ensure compliance. In this webinar, ACA Connects staff and counsel will provide answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about compliance with these new requirements. There will also be an opportunity for webinar attendees to submit their own questions. You may submit questions during the webinar using the Q&A function, or send questions in advance to Brian Hurley at bhurley@acaconnects.org.
