CityFit Virtual Line Dance (30 min.) 2023 Winter Series
Have fun and move with the music with Line Dance! Line dance is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps. These low-impact dance steps are fun and safe for all ages. This form of exercise is a fun, low-impact interval cardiovascular workout with easy-to-follow choreography that keeps you moving to raise your heart rate. Our instructor will practice the moves with you, dance with you, and keep you engaged for 30 minutes—you may even add water bottles to the mix for an extra burn! From Pop to nightclub rhythms to Latin flavor and R&B, there is something for everyone!
