This presentation will include describing how the behaviors we see at work are indicative of the culture. Behavior change can only come through self awareness and self reflection. PDCA provides a 4-step process to improve one's behavior through: Plan: planning which behavior to change and choosing an opportunity to practice, Do (practicing changing a behavior), Check (reflecting on what happened in Do) and Acting or Adjusting (Based on what you learned in Check, what will you try next?). It's a cycle, so the learner can either continue to improve the initial behavior they chose or move on to another. A PDCA self-reflection tool will be provided. This practice can be applied to any behavior change at work or in the community including DEI.
