Rick Kersbergen
Extension Professor, Sustainable Dairy and Forage Systems @University of Maine
Rick Kersbergen is an Extension Professor with the University of Maine Cooperative Extension His primary focus for the last 20 years has been sustainable dairy and forage systems. Rick is a Certified Crop Advisor with the American Society of Agronomy and collaborates with numerous organizations, including the Maine Grass Farmers Network, the Maine Organic Milk Producers, the Maine Dairy Industry Association and other producer and commodity groups. Rick is also currently serving as the Educational Coordinator for the Dairy Grazing Apprenticeship Program in Maine and is an instructor for the NRCS NEDC Pasture Ecology II class.

Gabe and Molly Clark own and manage Cold Spring ranch in New Vineyard Me. https://www.coldspringranch.com/ Cold Spring Ranch is a family owned grass fed cattle operation run by Gabe and Molly Clark. We offer 100% grass fed beef that is GMO-free and certified to meet Global Animal Partnership animal welfare standards. We also raise a cross of heritage breed pigs for pastured pork. All of our animals are born, raised, and butchered in Maine. We practice regenerative agriculture to manage over 600 acres of pastures, hayfields and woodlands in the mountains of Western Maine
