Crowe Wharf Engineers (CWE) is launching a system for pooling buffers so that operators all over Europe can quickly receive a high quality refurbished buffer. As soon as the old buffer is received by CWE, a newly-refurbished buffer from the pool is sent out in return. Giving buffers a new lease of life is an important tool for operators’ decarbonisation programmes.
