EcoArt: The Intersection of Art, Nature and Science
The Big Read keynote panel discussion will feature artists Kim Abeles, Sant Khalsa, Kim Stringfellow, Claudia Bucher and Rebecca Lowry, whose creative practices are informed by the natural world and focus on critical environmental issues.

The artist panelists will share examples of their work and discuss how navigating within the realm of science, often in collaboration with scientists, stimulates innovative ideas, new visual strategies and artistic production. The panel discussion will be moderated by Sant Khalsa, Professor of Art, Emerita at California State University San Bernardino.
