Gravity is always pulling us downward, yet rarely are we aware of its force. In this practice, you will gain greater sensitivity for how gravity moves through you. Sometimes we resist gravity and at other times we yield to its pull. Through mindful movement learn to simultaneously lift and drop, engage and release. This practice leads to profound lightness and ease in the subtle body.
Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
