Topic
Intentional Leadership: 8 Key Capabilities of Successful Leaders
Description
Join leadership expert Rose Patten for an in-depth interview and event focusing on the eight capabilities of resilient and intentional leaders.
“We can thrive as leaders by intentionally and deliberately reinventing ourselves, checking our beliefs and placing far greater emphasis on human skills and other select but highly personal leadership qualities” says Rose Patten.
She believes we can enhance our leadership practice by shifting our emphasis away from the traditional dimensions of leadership. Mastering the ‘Big 8’ leadership capacities will increase trust in your leadership and inspire every level of your organization, leading to greater performance.
The eight leadership capabilities include intentional leadership, character, adaptability, contextual communication, spirited collaboration, strategic agility, being intentional and developing other leaders.
Leadership is a skill that can be learned, believes Patten, but it requires continuous effort and a willingness to change as your professional and personal context changes. Today our context is uncertain and volatile, making this webinar essential and timely.
Takeaways from this webinar:
• Insight to the essence of good leadership
• A new perspective on your own leadership challenges
•. Learn a more conscious and intentional manner of leading
• Learn to promote self-awareness and intentional leadership in others
