Attendees are welcome to bring a caregiver for assistance. You are invited to sign up even if you can't attend live. Workshops 1-3 will be recorded and distributed to all registrants.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:
This workshop is provided by Beyond My Battle and taught by Kristin Brenner. Kristin has her Masters in Social Work, is a teacher with advanced training in Yoga Therapeutics, and is a trained teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion. In her work, Kristin teaches somatic self-care by exploring the intersection of embodiment, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Through the teaching of these foundational practices, she helps clients connect to their own inner knowing and deep well of strength. Kristin has Crohn's Disease and lives in Upstate New York with her four teenagers.
