In the comfort of your own home or on the road traveling Activ8 Now will be there to help achieve your athletic goals and keep you committed and accountable.
This class is based on functional strength complimenting functional movement. It will include linear, lateral, and multi-directional field work designed to elevate the heart rate and elicit fat burn as well as multi-joint strength exercises designed to make our bodies more efficient and athletic. During this class you will focus on and correct any deficiencies (energy leaks) within your body (system).
*Class will start 15 minutes after designated start time. Yoga mat and towel are recommended.
