About Lisa Simon RD

After graduating in 2014 with a First Class Honours Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Lisa worked for the NHS for two years as a general dietitian, before specialising in critical care and gastroenterology.
In 2019, she made the difficult decision to leave her post in the NHS so that she could study plant based nutrition as a freelance dietitian. Her private clients are predominantly those looking to improve their general health by transitioning to a plant based diet and those who are struggling with fertility issues.

Lisa’s decision to become a plant-based dietitian was borne from personal experience of secondary infertility as a result of experiencing amenorrhoea for a decade. She will share her personal story on this webinar and how a plant-based diet transformed her health.
