Our new normal consisting of self-isolation periods and social distancing has everyone modifying their behaviours and activities. Maybe you’ve moved from your regular office setup to a home workstation. Perhaps your workout routine has changed or you’re unable to attend your favourite gym or workout classes and have noticed your day-to-day routine becoming more sedentary. Maybe because of all the extra time you have you’ve decided to flex your green thumb or become a DIY contractor and have noticed some unusual aches and pains in muscles you didn’t know existed. Our passion at Mackie Physiotherapy is to provide a strategic and multidisciplinary approach to help you improve your low back and/or sciatica pain. Our team includes highly trained professionals providing both physiotherapy and chiropractic care for musculoskeletal pain. We are tenacious in our approach to determine the root cause of your complaint. We’ll work with you to create a patient-centered plan of care that aims to improve or resolve the underlying cause to get you on the road to recovery.
This workshop will help you develop a clear understanding of low back pain, some ways to self-manage pain, as well as highlight what our team can do to help you.
