Served at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants and some of the world’s finest resorts, Graham’s sustainably farmed caviar is our family’s favorite. Whether you’re a connoisseur or are opening your very first tin of this famed delicacy, you’ll learn the ins and outs of how caviar is produced, how to pair it perfectly with food and wine, and the best ways to integrate it into your entertaining. This delicious sensory experience will feature a trio of Black River’s caviars (with a few extras exclusive to Chappellet) with our 2019 Chenin Blanc, 2018 Viognier, and 2018 Calesa Chardonnay—all of which can be ordered in advance of the April 1st tasting.
