Social Venture Circle hosts Dr. Jen Welter in conversation with Heather Mason (Caspian) on the psychology of success, cultivating an adaptive mindset, and how to create your own path where none seemingly exists.
Dr. Jen Welter, a doctor of psychology and the first female coach in the NFL, is the author of the new book series, Critter Fitter, that addresses children’s physical, psychological, and emotional fitness, including the popular title, "Wearing a Mask Says I Love You."
In addition to her writing, Dr. Welter is the director of the Grrridiron Girls Football Camp and a public speaker. Prior to her work as a coach, she was an active football player, and the first woman to play in a “contact” role on a men’s professional team.
