By Ashok Bedi, M.D.- Member, Chicago Society of Jungian Analysts
The timeless wisdom of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras is the foundation for India's practices to achieve individuation, transcendence, and Moksha, or liberation. This presentation will give a broad overview of this Hindu text and its themes of creation mythology. Key strands of the Yoga Sutra will be amplified from Jungian and Neuroscience perspectives.
