Even before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, only about 1 in 10 Americans with a substance use disorder (SUD) received needed treatment. Today, the need to physically distance presents new challenges for people seeking these services and the organizations providing them. This webinar discusses tips and promising strategies for addressing access to behavioral health services for the unsheltered and other vulnerable homeless populations while still maintaining safe public health practices meant to slow the spread of COVID-19.
