Scott Glenn, eJD, LPC
Vice President, Asset Protection @The Home Depot
Scott Glenn is vice president of asset protection for The Home Depot, the world’s largest home improvement retailer. Prior to The Home Depot, he served as the corporate vice president of asset & profit protection and chief security officer with Sears Holdings Corporation. He began his career with the US Department of the Treasury - ATF in 1990 before joining Target's asset protection team, where he served as an executive team leader. He then joined TJ Maxx as a regional investigator in 1996, managing ORC and high-level internal investigations. In 1998 he moved to Kohl's Department Stores, earning roles of increasing responsibility within the organization. Scott is active throughout the loss prevention/asset protection community, serving as an executive board member with the Loss Prevention Foundation, editorial board member with LP Magazine, and board member with the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA).
Mike Lamb, LPC
Retired AP Executive @Retired
Mike Lamb spent his career in loss prevention and asset protection. He has over four decades of experience in the field leading the loss prevention and safety efforts for national retailers such as Kroger, Walmart, The Home Depot, and the Federated Department Stores which later became Macy’s Department Stores. Lamb’s most recent experience was as the Vice President Asset Protection and Safety for the Kroger Company. In this role he provided oversight for all shrink, waste, and loss prevention efforts for more than 2,700 locations in 35 states under two dozen banners. Under his leadership, Kroger was able to reduce shrinkage for 13 straight year over year fiscal quarters. He retired from Kroger in November 2020. He holds a degree in Security Management and Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. Lamb and his wife, Donna, currently live in Florida where he enjoys boating and fishing.
David Studdert
Founder and Chief Business Development Officer @LiveView Technologies
David Studdert joined LVT in 2011 after an extensive career in government, management, and executive positions. His wide range of professional experiences includes time as a White House Appointee and United States Diplomat, as well as managing sales and marketing at i3 Technologies. Studdert helped LVT expand their clientele to include state governments, departments of transportation, and other government agencies. He holds a degree in international law and diplomacy from Brigham Young University and enjoys biking, skiing, and fishing. Studdert and his wife have four children and live in Midway, Utah.
