Workshop: Designing Your Marketing Mix
Understanding your audiences and how to reach them is the key to creating a communications plan that stands the test of time, especially for small businesses and organizations that do not have dedicated marketing staff. Where should entrepreneurs and organizations spend their limited time and money – social media? Email? Traditional media or event marketing? Each channel creates unique opportunities and challenges that can vary depending on your demographic targets. We’ll discuss tools to help you define your audience, how to engage them, and how to select and use communications channels and platforms that serve your organization best and most efficiently. Q&A included! Taught by Melissa Connolly, Vice President of University Relations, Hofstra University. 1.0 FMC Continuing Ed Credit.
