Colin Hoobler
Colin Hoobler has two Masters degrees and a Doctorate and has been a physical therapist since 2001. He has written two books on exercise medicine and has taught at medical schools and universities. He created and hosted “The Fitness Show” on PBS as well as “Choose Your Age” and “Action 30” podcasts. He’s the Founder, Inventor and CEO of S3 Balance, LLC, a company dedicated to reducing falls and staff strain. He is the Founder of the Coalition for Active Resident Engagement (CARE), a non-profit for educating senior living staff on the application of science to wellness.
Joe Turngren

Joe Turngren earned his Master’s Degree in Athletic Training in 1992. He spent eight years working in clinics as well as providing medical coverage for a in a variety of settings, ranging from youth and high school to college and professional sports. In the late 1990’s Joe helped develop a hospital based facility that provided outpatient therapy services as well as a community based wellness center. After that, he transitioned to fitness equipment sales, with a focus on medical based facilities. Since 2016, Joe has been one of the sales managers at Matrix Fitness in charge of medical and active aging markets.

Colin Milner is CEO of the International Council on Active Aging and founder of the active-aging industry in North America. Milner is a leading authority on the health and well-being of the older adult. He is also a technical advisor to the World Health Organization, and has advised organization such as the White House Conference on Aging, The World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on Aging, and Apple.
Sue Kartheiser

Sue Kartheiser has two Bachelor of Science Degrees in Education from Vanderbilt University. She is a nationally certified personal trainer/fitness instructor and obtained her certification in Nutrition Counseling from Trinity School of Natural Health. She has been operating her fitness, nutrition and wellness business, Stay Fit With Sue, since 2004. In addition to fitness, her background includes teaching the blind and sales management for Microsoft and Intel. Sue blends her training, teaching and sales skills to generate revenue from the wellness programs she offers to senior residential communities.
