Navigating the Updates to Economic Impact Disaster Loan (EIDL), Targeted EIDL Advance and the NEW Shuttered Venue Operators Grant
The Economic Aid Act, signed into law on December 27, 2020, provided a number of updates to programs administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) Office of Disaster Assistance, including a deadline extension to the low-interest Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) and the allocation of $20 billion for a Targeted EIDL Advance Program focused on companies in low-income communities. The Act also established a $15 billion Shuttered Venue Operators (SVO) Grant program, to support live venues, theaters, museums, etc. that have experienced significant revenue losses due to COVID-19, with $2 billion reserved for eligible applications with up to 50 full-time employees.

Join representatives from the SBA's Office of Disaster Assistance and Seattle District office as they review the information currently available on these programs.
