Course Learning Objectives:
1. An overview of Tai Chi’s general history and benefits:
• Including the distinctions between various Tai Chi practices
• The overlaps between certain Tai Chi practices and all
evidence-based mindfulness practices
• And the Neuroscience/research proving that practicing Tai
Chi on a regular basis enables the practitioner to literally
TRAIN THEIR WELLBEING.
2. The benefits of Tai Chi pertaining specifically to Veterans, and a description of the Federal Tai Chi for Veterans program (https://www.sculpturlife.com/tai-chi-for-veterans).
3. Full audience participation in a brief Tai Chi practice will be encouraged, regardless of age, physical condition/agility, or even attire.
