If you are working in this field, or searching for solutions to your energy problems this webinar is highly recommended.

The first speaker is Prof. Dr. Guanyi Chen who is Chair Professor of Bioenergy & Environment at Tianjin University in China. The title of his presentation is Waste Gasification and Application: Progress and Challenges. In his presentation he will elaborate on industry-based R&D efforts and will discuss a case study as well. Our second speaker is from India, Mr. Sunil Dhingra, Senior Fellow and Associate Director, Renewable Energy Technology, within TERI. TERI is the The Energy and Resource Institute and India has an elaborate biomass program. This program focusses on utilizing biomass/ waste material for thermal, electrical, cooling and biofuels applications for industrial, commercial and agricultural sectors. The title of his presentation is Biomass Gasification in India (Technology, Potential, Key Challenge and Future Needs).
