Kealy Dedman, P.Eng.
Deputy CAO of Infrastructure, Development and Enterprise @City of Guelph
Kealy Dedman is the City of Guelph’s Deputy Chief Administrative Officer of Infrastructure, Development and Enterprise. Her departmental portfolio includes Planning and Building, Facilities and Energy Management, Environmental Services, Engineering and Transportation, and Economic Development and Tourism. Kealy has been with the City of Guelph since 2014 and was previously the General Manager of Engineering and Transportation. Prior to Guelph, she held engineering positions with the cities of Cambridge and Mississauga, and started her career as a consulting engineer in the private sector. She is a passionate advocate for municipal infrastructure and public works and currently serves as the chair of the Regional Public Works Commissioners of Ontario. Previously, she served as the president of the Canadian Public Works Association from 2014-2016 and past president of the Ontario Public Works Association in 2011.
