David joined DeSalvo & Company in April 2010, and has over 10 years of experience with accounting, tax compliance, and federal/state contract and grant compliance. David continuously monitors the various federal and state policies in order to incorporate those policies into DeSalvo & Company's clienteles’ internal control framework, and accounting policies and procedures. He has experience with nine of the eleven federal agencies that participate in the SBIR/STTR program, and various state programs across the country. This understanding helps build the financial reporting foundation required to effectively and efficiently provide information to various investors and other readers of the financial statements, as well as federal and state authorities.
