Understand the 7 Emotional Command Systems to Help Couples Deepen Their Connection

This webinar for clinicians will look at the research conducted by neuroscientist Dr. Jaak Panksepp on the seven distinct 'emotional command systems' believed to be present in each person’s brain. Each command system coordinates the emotional, behavioral, and physical responses needed for survival, and each is shaped by temperament and family of origin.

You will learn how to help couples understand and identify their preferred emotional command systems and those of their partner. Stacy Hubbard, LMFT will teach an intervention to use with couples to improve their ability to turn towards one another and ultimately deepen their connection.
