Join Rachel Sparks for a dance and movement session every Wednesday. We will learn a different simple, fun choreography every week. Suitable for all abilities including complete beginners - as long as your body is moving, you are doing it right! Choreography can be performed seated or standing, depending on your mobility and energy levels on the day.
